This historic building in the centre of Shoreham-by-Sea has recently been refurbished to provide office space for my own IT business along with space to rent.
The building comprises 3 separate rooms with a kitchenette (complete with bean-to-cup coffee machine!) and WC.
We have a 1 Gbps internet connection from Virgin Media, with 4G backup connection.
